Words pierce me like bullets shot at close range,
Does difference make you fear me so much?
I am human.

Why do you treat me differently,
Manipulate, coerce, conceal me...
I am human.

I've travelled many miles, hoping to be accepted,
If there is chance my life can get better, my survival wasn't a waste...
I am human.

Please, you people say you live only once,
Take a step in my shoes,
This one life you could be living in hell,
But you wouldn't know,

You are human? yes?
I am human too...

More than an average day....

Days like today when we burst into flames,
Not like a phoenix, 
but a raging fire ball,
Spiralling out of control,
Consuming everything in its path,
Losing momentum with the changing of the wind,
While fuelling the beast of fury...
Words spoken undeniably lacking in truth,
However they cut deep and quick,
Each slice more numb than the last...

Three words...

First kiss to rip ones heart out of their chest,
Second kiss to bring you back to earth,
Hold hands because without them intertwined I'm afraid to lose you,
Hearts scarred with simple kisses to heal the wound,
But as each kiss draws to an end,
More heartstrings are tugged to draw in the one you love,
Closer...closer
Until breaths are taken from lips to lips
The one whom you wish were in your dreams every night,
So your happiness could bloom even when you're asleep,
I never knew the feeling of needing someone so much,
That when my thoughts wonder, your face is the only one I see,
Your eyes give way to my knees,
Your lips to mine,
Once again....
How do I say those words?
Three simple words,
That make my heart beat rhythmically and uncontrollably...

The warm breeze surrounds me,

Interrupt my vision, 
And enter into my world;
My secluded world...
