Mellow Midday....

The warm breeze surrounds me,
As the sun beams from beyond the clouds,
I lay on a bench;
Contemplating...
The sound of drilling fills my ears,
As the cars cross the tar,
Melting in the heat;
As waves of hallucinations -
Interrupt my vision,
And enter into my world;
My secluded world...
The breeze changes;
Gushing and whooshing,
Against the trees,
A cool wind embraces me,
As silence enters...

Beauty?

A mirror reflects beauty?
Possibly...
Or does it hide what truly needs to be seen by the world,
It creates illusions,
Which manifests into the destroyer of true beauty,
By nature...
By future...
By birth...
Beauty is not unreal,
Or unreachable,
We have it within our grasp,
We ignite it through the things we do,
And the hearts we change...
Through the lines that illuminate our face,
And express true beauty....

Falling...

Let my tears fall,
Let my heart hurt,
Let my mind fade,
A shadow...
A mask...
That, like porceline - is fragile,
Shattering...
Like the essence of my well being,
Perished with the flames of desire,
Crushed by the hands of mercy,
Ultimately..
Defying the limit...

Angel...

Created in November 2008 - It was during a plane ride back from Sydney, After my grandfather was diagnosed with Lukemia...It's been a long journey for me - so many deaths in a short space of time.

An angel floats among the clouds,
The silence of the plane; awakens a slight smile,
Through the angel's eyes; Tiny, infinite - soul filling eyes.
Which only feel trapped...

Unlocking them with the brace of the clouds,
And the tinge of the sunlight,
Which creates bountiful ambiance and warmth...

Blink once; change the scene...
Blink twice; daydreaming...

Too late to drift,
Too late to not exist within the realm of dissipated democracy,

What's more great and upholding?
Than living with the happiness of the sky;
The smile to each sunshine raise...

The melody made up of the symphony,

The harp of a thousand soothing notes,
Fills the atmosphere...
Followed by the voice of reason and gratitude;
Thank you...
Thank you...
Repeating the words,

Till the very last breath,
Those thickened clouds guard -
Hiding the greatest secret of all...
Eternal life,

The light of angels....

The Light...

There is only one light you look for,
With one glance,
Memorized in the quantum leap of animosity,
There is no need for mind swiped curiosity,
Luminosity of each lights shine through the cloudy desire of the subconscious,
The hook, line and sinker of desperate times,
The plain undergrowth of natural impulses allows movements sureness,
Drifting…..
To that one place,
Capsized by realities true anguish,
Captured by grateful essence of lies…

Betrayal for Love

The light at the end of the tunnel shines as bright as your smile,
The heart, beats like drums, to each tempo of sorrow and happiness,
The lives of two have been destined to one,

Time goes by like never before, an endless ring of nothingness,
The separation between two lovers and their lives,
Leads to betrayal and lying ways,

Two families which choose their ways, over their children’s,
A split of those who believe in the impossible to happen,
Death breaks enemies to the desire of sadness…

Her Marked Heart...

To write love on her arms;

With the very ink that touched her heart,
With the very eyes that caught her gaze,
With the very grasp that held her hand,
And the very lips that brought her happiness...
She has given her heart to him,

Will he return;
The words that left his subtle lips;
And calmed the weary storms...
The eyes that unlocked her consciousness;
And made her stumble...

The time well spent;
Counting stars amongst the blanket of the darkness...
Catching the sunset while it ripples through the sky...
Watching the moonlight as it danced across the translucent lakes...
Memories - everything from first glances to last chances...

Could she let the ink materialise?
Fade as though it was never there,
Leaving no scars;
Nor marks,
No signs...
Will her heart revive?

To write love on her arms...
